we did a 2 mile warm up which felt great. after we did 5x800 meters at 2:30. My first was too fast my second was too slow and I was a bit discouraged but I hit it on my third on the last two murphy wanted them a bit faster so I ran my fourth in 2:22 and my fifth in 2:19 which felt great. After we did a mile cool down and I felt great throughout the whole workout. |
