I didn't really have a lot of nerves going through my system before my race but once we got to the line they began to start to work in a little. Luckily the started the race pretty quickly after they lined us up. I Started out the first mile of the race way too fast cause we clocked in at 4:57. but felt much better during the second mile on the last mile I held back a little until I peaked the "Mutha Cussa" and then I picked up the pace for the last half mile of the race into the finish. I Had to admit my legs were exhausted but I had a fun time that race overall is one of my favorites.

Stop being so modest! This is the toughest cross country course in the state with tons of sand and steep hills. They made the course a 5k this year - up from 3 miles last year - and Kramer still broke the course record.

Kramer - there's an error in your mileage up above. You need to enter the 3.1 miles you raced - probably one mile as vo2 max and two as threshold

Congrats Kramer - a strong win! You're looking good.

Nice Win Kramer, you have a great coach, plus some mad skills. Take advantage of it, and enjoy.

Amazing race here Kramer, this race sounded like it was a hard one. Keep up the good work.

Congrats on the win and running strong after that fast first mile. Well done. You've got a bright future ahead of you.
