Ran an easy two mile warm up and then we ran 1x1200 meters. I felt very comfortable on it and I ran a 3:20. We then got 20 minutes of rest and then we ran 3x300 meters fast. I ran the first one way to fast and came across at 39 seconds. So the second I ran 43 seconds and the last was 41. My quads were really sore after but it felt really good and I was glad to get in a good hard workout today. |
